1: Personal data
NERO Office Hotel & City Cafe processes different kinds of personal data, for different purposes. The personal data and purposes are explained below.
Guest administration
For (booking) an overnight stay in one of our accommodations, or for renting out one of our meeting rooms, NERO Office Hotel & City Cafe requires your name, address, place of residence, telephone number, day of departure and arrival and your payment details. We may receive these details from third parties with whom you have completed the booking process. We may request additional personal information from you in order to carry out our services, such as your nationality or guest preferences. We only process health information based on your consent in order to provide you with a better service, such as providing access for the disabled. In addition, we are required by law to verify your identity. We will do this at the hotel using an identity document shown by you. We will not make a copy of this. This data will only be used internally and will not be passed on to other organizations for commercial purposes.
Camera surveillance
NERO Office Hotel & City Cafe uses camera surveillance to the extent necessary to secure its property and protect its guests. Using the camera images, NERO Office Hotel & City Cafe acquires insight into the activities of persons and license plates.
